Ramaphosa reacts to Zuma must go plot, blasts ANCYL “kids”

Pretoria – Having played a low profile since Election Day, the South African second citizen, Cyril Ramaphosa opens up on the allegations that ANC top brass is planning a Zuma exit after bad election results that saw them losing out on major metros to opposition.

Deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa played down his ambitions to succeed Jacob Zuma as the ANC and South African President once Zuma is forced out.

“We are an organization with strict protocols and a well-defined hierarchy, it’s no secret that we dropped on Election performance. We are going back to the drawing board, back to the people to show that we have their interests at heart. We have to pin point where we went wrong and correct our mistakes ANC is the only party that cares for South Africans, we will come back stronger.

When asked about a potential change of power at the top and the ANCYL allegations to take measures on the “weakest links”.

“Like I said before, we are going back to the drawing board, if it requires us to take action, we will take necessary action but I want to assure the ANC supporters that we all have faith and trust in our leadership under President Zuma. These kids (ANCYL) who are calling for hurried decisions must take a deep sleep and wake up when a decision is made, they have to be careful with what they say in front of cameras and South Africans.
